BEEF BURRITOS

INGREDIENTS

  • 600g Farm 88 Rump Steak

  • 4 Old El Paso large tortillas

  • 240g corn kernels

  • 2 packet microwave rice 

  • 400g black beans, drained 

  • 1 red capsicum sliced 

  • Salt/pepper

  • Tabasco sauce 

  • Coriander

  • 1 Brown onion, sliced

METHOD

  • Heat grill on high heat, 

  • Season steak with el paso fiery mix, salt and olive oil

  • Place on grill

  • Then add the onion and garlic on grill and cook until soft 

  • Microwave the rice as instructions 

  • Heat tortillas and divide the beef mix evenly between the tortilla then top with the remaining ingredients. Wrap the tortilla up tightly
