Fetta Cheese Triangles

Golden, crispy, and loaded with creamy Riverina Dairy Co. fetta, these Fetta Cheese Triangles are the perfect quick snack or party bite. Air-fried to perfection in the Braun Airfryer, they’re cheesy, flaky, and ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Egg Wash
  • 1 tbs Milk
  • 1 Egg
Filling
  • 1 Egg
  • 200g Riverina Dairy Co. Smooth Fetta
  • 70g fresh Ricotta
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese - grated
  • 1 tbs fine Semolina
  • Pinch of cracked Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • 2 sheets Puff Pastry
  • Sesame seeds or poppy seeds to sprinkle on top (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Defrost Puff Pastry sheets for 10- 15 minutes at room temperature
  2. In a small bowl, crack one Egg and add the Milk. Whisk together to make your Egg wash and set aside.
  3. Using a large bowl, add in your Egg and whisk lightly. Add in all the Cheeses, Semolin,a Black Pepper and Nutmeg, using a fork to break up any large pieces of cheese and mix them all together.
  4. Cut the Puff Pastry sheet into 9 equal squares
  5. Egg wash each corner of the puff squares to make an L shape. Fold over corner to corner to make a triangle shape.
  6. Add 2 tsp of Cheese mixture and fold over
  7. Use a fork to press down and seal the edges.
  8. Brush the triangles with egg wash and use your fork to poke a couple of air vents on the top
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds/poppy seeds
  10. Place in the Braun Airfryer & cook for approx 8 mins until golden on 180°celsius (356 Fahrenheit)
