At Ten Minute Kitchen, the impossible is now possible. It is all about creative, fun, budget & family-friendly meals that you can prepare and cook at home. Most of the recipes require less than 10 minutes of prep or 10 mins to cook and from there, you’ll be serving up meals, snacks, drinks and more to the whole family.

DEZI MADAFFERI
Dezi Madafferi is an avid homecook who first graced our television screens on Channel 7’s Plate of Origin, where her ‘Team Greece’ recipes won her team the competition. Dezi’s stripped back style cooking and attainable family recipes have cultivated her persona as a much loved internet chef.
JERRY MAI
Jerry Mai is one of the first chefs to bring authentic Vietnamese flavours to Melbourne’s kitchens. Jerry has learnt from the best in the business and has worked in some of the best restaurants in both Melbourne and London. She brings this training and expertise from these popular kitchens and busy chefs to everything that she does.
