DIANA CHAN

Diana loved cooking from a very young age and she learnt a lot through both her parents, but it was only when she moved to Melbourne that her interest grew into a food career. Discovering the various local and regional markets ignited her interest in different cooking styles using the incredible fresh produce available around Australia.

DEZI MADAFFERI

Dezi Madafferi is an avid homecook who first graced our television screens on Channel 7’s Plate of Origin, where her ‘Team Greece’ recipes won her team the competition. Dezi’s stripped back style cooking and attainable family recipes have cultivated her persona as a much loved internet chef.

JERRY MAI

Jerry Mai is one of the first chefs to bring authentic Vietnamese flavours to Melbourne’s kitchens. Jerry has learnt from the best in the business and has worked in some of the best restaurants in both Melbourne and London. She brings this training and expertise from these popular kitchens and busy chefs to everything that she does. 

ADAM D’SYLVA

Adam D’Sylva’s Indian-Italian heritage has given him a foundation in contrasting cuisines. With his cultural background and his formal training, Adam has established an enviable reputation as one of Australia’s best and most innovative chefs. Adam was one of the founding chefs of Coda and Tonka and has since built his company, ‘Bocca Gelato’ amongst other successful culinary endeavours.
